重磅！德国EPH、TFI计划就新版《欧盟建筑产品法规》System 3+项目与绿林认证开展更深入合作！
2024年12月18日，新版《欧盟建筑产品法规》（CPR），即欧洲议会和理事会于2024年11月27日通过的欧盟第2024/3110号条例，已在《欧盟官方公报》上公布。该法规规定了建筑产品的市场销售协调规则，并同时废除了第305/2011号欧盟条例。
该法规包含了一系列创新举措，其重点则为促进建筑产品的更可持续发展。
在此方面，德国EPH（Entwicklungs- und Prüflabor Holztechnologie GmbH，公告号0766）及其合作伙伴TFI（TFI Aachen GmbH）与北京绿林认证有限公司（BGFC）达成深度合作意向，将在中国加强和扩大合作。
此次合作将聚焦于欧盟CPR新版System 3+评估体系，该体系要求建筑产品制造商在获得指定机构初步验证后，按照EN 15804为其产品进行环境指标声明。TFI将作为System 3+公告机构，BGFC和EPH将作为审核机构，共同完成评估工作，各方希望充分发挥协同效应，为之前的System 1、2+和3认证客户及新客户提供更优质的服务。
此前，三方已在TÜV PROFiCERT室内产品认证领域取得了非常成功的合作，这也为本次扩大合作奠定了良好基础。
EPH, TFI and BGFC intend to cooperate in System 3+ of the new CPR
On 18 December 2024, the new EU Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2024 )laying down harmonised rules for the marketing of construction products and repealing Regulation (EU) No 305/2011) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This regulation contains a whole series of innovations, with a focus on the promotion of more sustainable construction products.
In this regard, the Entwicklungs- und Prüflabor Holztechnologie GmbH (EPH) and its co-operation partners TFI Aachen GmbH (TFI) and the Chinese Beijing Green Forest Certification Co. Ltd (BGFC) have declared their intention to intensify and expand their co-operation in a letter of intent.
The cooperation will focus on the new System 3+ assessment system of the EU CPR, which obliges manufacturers of construction products to declare environmental indicators in accordance with EN 15804 for their products following initial validation by a notified body. The TFI is to act as a notified body in accordance with System 3+, with BGFC and EPH acting as auditing bodies. By working together, the cooperation partners hope to utilise synergy effects for existing and new customers who test and certify their products in accordance with the previous systems 1, 2+ and 3 at TFI/EPH.
To date, the partners have cooperated very successfully within the framework of the TÜV PROFiCERT-product Interior certification programme, which provides a good basis for the extended cooperation.
